Didn't attend the event myself so can offer very little comment. Venue seemed to be good but I had many complaints that it was very difficult to get to for people who don't drive. I was extremely impressed that ConferencesGroup managed to suit my request so quickly at such short notice and would use them again when I get stuck.

This conference was arranged at fairly short notice and my facility instructions were very specific. Everything went to plan and the hotel staff were exceptional with the organization. The hotel had only re-opened 3 days before we arrived after extensive refurbishment but other than some ongoing works in some of the rooms this did not affect our conference in any way.

I was really pleased with the service provided by Kents Hill Conference Centre, everyone was polite and willing to help with anything we required.The only "down side" was a really noisy Wedding Planning party, but I think that was probably outside the control of the conference centre.

to all @ the venue, my friends and I came for a meal to celibrate my friends birthday this evening and I would just like to say what a fantastic experience it was, from the moment we walked in to the time we left the service was excellent, the only one problem was there was too much food we could not decide on what to eat but what we could manage was superb, we have been to many local buffet style restaurants but the one thing that stood out for me was that the food was pipeing hot which was great. I would recomend the venue to everyone, nothing is too much trouble.
