How it works - 3 step process
1. You simply complete the form below informing us about the most important details regarding your enquiry e.g. preferred date, location, purpose of the event, budget etc, we then commence search on your behalf - contacting venues that match your exact requirements, checking availability, arranging site visits, and most importantly negotiating prices!
2. Understandably, most people are dubious when offered something for nothing, so let us explain exactly how we work, and how this could lead to a productive working relationship. We earn a small % commission from the venues (hotels, conference centres) after the event has taken place and the venue has been paid in full by yourselves. This does not affect the price you receive in any way, in fact we guarantee to save you money.
3. We send you five options that match your exact requirements unless you have enquired about a specific venue. When you have reached decision as to which venue you would like to use, we then confirm the venue on your behalf. From this point onwards the venue contacts you directly, sending you the contract and finalising details.
