| Another suite full of Victorian character, mainly used as a meeting room, because of its rectangular shape with no sightline restrictions and built in stage (perfect for back projection) seating up to 320 theatre style, 140 classroom and cabaret style. The suite also boasts a maximum ceiling height of 5.5m and natural daylight. There is direct access into this room from our car park. The Ballroom has 3 phase power and an air cooling system. See notes on Main Dining Room for banqueting capacities … this room on it’s own will seat up to 200 guests for a banquet. | ||||||||

| The Paramount Majestic’s newest and most stunning conference suite. Opened in April 2007, we transformed the original Billiard Room back to it’s former glory!! With over 180sqm of floor space, the Billiard Room is ideal for overflow exhibition space, registration and refreshment space for events held in the Spa Suite. Alternatively can be used as a meeting room in its own right for up to 120 theatre style, 35 boardroom, 60 classroom and cabaret style (blackout blinds in this room and mood lighting). This rooms main feature is an original carved wooden fireplace together with 3 bay windows, and sparkling chandeliers, with a maximum ceiling height of 5.08m, it has access for loading directly to the car park. Another great use for this room is private drinks and canape receptions for up to 200 guests. | ||||||||

| One of our most popular function suites because of its South facing aspect overlooking our landscaped gardens. The chandeliers, fireplaces, high ceilings and enormous windows all contribute to making the Reading and Drawing Rooms one of Harrogate’s leading Wedding and private dinner venues for up to 120 guests (the Reading Room is where private pre-lunch and dinner drinks are served when dining in the Drawing Room, and also where after dinner entertainment and bar is located). The Reading Room also provides an excellent exhibition and private catering area when holding conferences in the Drawing Room. | ||||||||
