The Yarborough is the most traditional of all the rooms in the hotel and makes an ideal executive board room for up to 12 people. The Fighting tank was designed in this room in the early 20th Century.

The Wellington room, the most Contemporary of all the function spaces in the Hotel, is the private dining room adjacent to The Grille Restaurant and is ideal for groups of up to 16 people for either a meeting, lunch or dinner.

The Pink Lounge, steeped in History provides a unique training or meeting room or great upmarket venue for a lunch or dinner for up to 40 people. The room is located on the 1st floor with large floor to ceiling windows and grand curtains overlooking Historic Bailgate and Eastgate. The room can be used in conjunction with The Yarbrough room located next door or with Upper Room bar and Grille Restaurant for lunch to allow more space and flexibility in the work schedule
