The Briefing Room was part of the original Officers' Mess built in the late 1930s, and is now an excellent venue for small conferences and lectures. Able to seat up to 12 delegates theatre style, it has its own reception area which is ideal for registration and coffee breaks. The room has direct access to the hotel car park.

The Club Room was the original Flying School club room and Skyline Bar in the 1960s and 1970s, and is now a very useful conference and meeting room. It has its own toilets and direct access to the Aerodrome Bar, with excellent views of the airfield.

The Cockpit is ideal for conferences, lectures and training courses and can accommodate up to 50 delegates theatre style with the facility to be totally blacked out for slide or video presentations. The Cockpit has its own entrance, reception and toilets with direct access to the Aerodrome Bar.

The Cirrus Suite was the original clubhouse built in the late 1930s, and is now a well equipped function room which can accommodate up to 150 delegates in theatre style. Full blackout facilities are available for film or slide presentations. It is a self-contained function suite with access from its own car park, which is ideal for the unloading of equipment. It also benefits from having its own dance floor, private reception area with cloakroom, own toilets and private bar. It is an ideal venue for dinner dances, wedding receptions and banquets as well as larger conferences and meetings.

Hangar One is a very popular venue for all manner of functions from weddings, private parties, charity balls to product launches, exhibitions and conferences. The venue is equipped with the latest hi-tech audio and visual equipment doing away with the need to hire in expensive equipment.
