The Spencer Churchill is a completely self contained traditional and elegant meeting room with a private entrance and foyer, which can accommodate up to 70 delegates theatre style, 30 boardroom and 45 classroom style. With large windows and window seats the Spencer Churchill has spectacular views over the Blenheim Palace park, the Capability Brown lake and Vanbrugh’s Grand Bridge. We offer a range of day delegate packages to suit all of our client’s requirements.

Originally one of the Blenheim Palace kitchens this room has a beautiful double vaulted ceiling rising to the full height of the Palace. With two stunning chandeliers, fireplace and magnificent artwork this room can accommodate up to 120 guests theatre style and up to 70 guests for lunch or dinner, and a maximum of 40 for a boardroom meeting.

The Courtyard Room was originally an equestrian centre, located in the Stables Courtyard. Completely self contained with a beamed ceiling, natural daylight, the Courtyard is perfect for large conferences that require individual stage production and lighting sets, for up to a maximum of 160 for dinner, 120 cabaret style and 120 theatre style.

Originally part of the Blenheim Palace Estate Office, these rooms have been recently refurbished offering our guests perfect, modern, beautifully presented private meeting, syndicate and dining rooms. The three rooms are each named after the Battles of Blenheim fought during John Churchill, the first Duke of Marlborough’s campaign. The Oudenarde, The Ramilies and The Malplaquet can accommodate from between 5 to 24 guests boardroom style and similarly are available for seated lunches and dinners.

The Saloon for a champagne drinks reception before being invited into the magnificent Great Hall for dinner by our Master of Ceremonies. The Great Hall also offers the perfect setting for a drinks reception and private tour of the house prior to guests being guided back to The Orangery for dinner. The Long Library boasts the only private room in any British Stately home that can accommodate up to 300 guests for dinner with pre-dinner drinks served in the Great Hall and Saloon. Home to 10,000 books, the impressive Willis Organ which is said to be the largest organ in a private house in Europe.

The Orangery and Bouchain bar is an exclusive venue with its private terraces overlooking the beautiful Italian Gardens where guests can enjoy a drinks reception followed by dinner in The Orangery itself. The exclusivity of The Orangery is further enhanced by its private entrance and the fact that it is not accessible to visitors, completely private. The Orangery will comfortably seat up to a maximum of 160 guests for dinner with dancing or 200 guests for dinner. The Orangery is an elegant room with high celings, huge arched windows and a glass panelled roof. With underfloor heating and an air conditioning system the temperature can be easily controlled for the comfort of your guests and delegates. The Bouchain Room has it’s own bar and adjoins The Orangery.
