Situated on the first floor, our air conditioned boardroom complete with leather chairs and cigar shaped mahogany board table, offers the ultimate surrounding for executive meetings. The room is fitted with a 50” plasma screen with laptop connection, surround sound system and a DVD player. The room benefits from natural daylight and the outlook provides views across the beautiful Somerset countryside. All windows have remote control electric blackout blinds for that all important presentation.

Lancelot is adjacent to the Galahad Boardroom and enjoys a similar outlook and airy atmosphere. It is a large air-conditioned room offering a comfortable working environment for delegates. The room is fitted with blackout blinds, ceiling mounted projector screen, hearing loop and has a small relaxing area with two leather tub chairs and sideboard for catering.

Situated on the ground floor these two medium sized rooms can be used independently, or as one larger room simply by opening the moveable wall which has been specially designed to ensure acoustic integrity.
Both rooms have good natural daylight, however all windows are fitted with blackout blinds for presentations on roll down ceiling mounted projector screens. King Arthur 1 is also fitted with a hearing loop .
