Whilst it is comfortably the smallest of our corporate spaces, The Oak Room offers the prospect of intimate private dining, a boardroom style meeting with presentation area for 20 delegates or a well-equipped room for corporate receptions or presentations.
With ample natural daylight The Oak Room can be transformed from daytime meeting to evening reception area in a matter of minutes and is also the perfect space for an exhibition ante room or registration area.

One of the three rooms which comprise The Surrey Suite, the Epsom features easy access to the conference centre breakout area, coffee station and the rear garden.
The Epsom has a large, flat screen TV and a complete blackout facility and, as well as being extremely popular for boardroom style meetings of up to 30, it is the room of choice for many clients requiring private interview or discussion space.
Every room in The Surrey Suite is fully air-conditioned, using an easily operated system. It is also the ideal size for use as a syndicate room for up to 40 delegates in a Theatre Style configuration.

So flexible is the space that it is difficult to think of a function that we have not held here. It is certainly popular for theatre style presentations, cabaret seated breakfast events, weddings and parties, smaller exhibitions and formal dinners.
The room features natural daylight, integral AV including screens and sound ceiling as well as easy access to the garden and breakout areas.
The entire Surrey Suite is of course fully self contained with access via the hotel or private entrance, lift and full bar & reception area.
