A recently refurbished room the Council Chamber seats up to 100 delegates in an auditorium style tiered seating. The room has 4 built in power plasma screens, microphones, data projector and remote panel for blinds and lighting. There is a fixed top table for 4 with screens and microphones. The room hire price includes the AV and an adjoining breakout and/or catering space.

Located on the ground floor and is ideal for small meetings and intimate dinners. An elegant room with an interesting arts and crafts fireplace and a feature wall of heraldic crests.

The Old Council Chamber and Dining Room is suitable for medium sized meetings and banquets. The suite consists of the main chamber and two smaller break-out areas. The double height windows offering natural daylight, chandeliers, traditional wood panelling and classical furniture give these rooms an impressive, heritage feel. Signature blue and gold carpets and walls create a welcoming pool of colour.

The impressive Reading Room features a 12m high glass ceiling with a classic blue and cream colour scheme. Located on the ground floor this space is ideal for receptions.

Strand, Fleet and Bell Suite comprises of three light and airy meeting rooms that open into one large conference area or can be used separately for breakout space. The Suite’s close proximity to the Common Room means that is works exceptionally well with duel hire.

The Common Room provides a unique backdrop to large events. It combines the 19th Century decor of mahogany panelling which is offset by beautiful stained-glass windows. The Common Room is the largest room in the hall and it benefits from a built in PA system, screen and staging, which is included within the hire charge. It is the perfect all purpose event space.
