Set usually as an informal lounge area, Kelvington 2 can either offer the Kelvington 1 as a lounge area for tea and coffee or can be sold privately as a meeting room or for a private dinner up to 50 guests seated on round tables. Like the Kelvington 1 windows down one side of the room offer views into the courtyard and is located on the first floor, there is lift access and toilet facilities on the same floor.

Located on the ground floor of the conference centre of the hotel the prince bishop suite offers it’s own conference and banqueting entrance to the hotel with access into the extensive car park at the side of the hotel. This room is perfectly located for any conferences requiring access to set up. On entering the conference centre a foyer area offers comfortable seating, cloakroom facilities, ladies and gentlemen facilities, business centre offering secretarial services, faxing and photocopying and bar area. This area is ideal for Drinks reception, coffee breaks and working buffet lunches. The Bishop Suite is decorated in light gold, cream and burgundy colourings this room offers a very light and airy ambience. On one side of the room sash windows are adorned with rich fabrics that can provide a blackout for power point presentations. The room offers comfort cooling and sensitive lighting for guests attending a conference/dinner at the hotel. One side of the room a soundproof divider wall is pulled across to allow another meeting to run in the Bishop half or to act as a separate syndicate room

Located on the first floor of the Conference centre, the Surtees Suite is the original function suite of the Hotel. A large rectangular room with windows down one side overlooking the grounds with pillars down both sides of the room. Complete with a private bar and lounge area at the rear of the room. Decorated in cream and burgundy colours the Surtees Suite has a main staircase fitted with a disabled chair lift and access to the Deluxe bedroom wing. Toilet facilities are located on the ground floor within the Prince Bishop foyer area.
