Included in the hire of the Stevenson Lecture Theatre is the West Foyer, a mirror of the East Foyer detailed above. The West Foyer is suitable for registration, refreshments, exhibition stands, promotional displays, branding and lighting projections.

The BP Lecture Theatre is perfect for AGMs, product launches, lectures, film screenings, performances, debates, press conferences and roadshows. Included in the hire of the BP Lecture Theatre is the East Foyer. The East Foyer provides a welcome "blank canvas" suitable for registration, refreshments, exhibition stands, promotional displays, branding and lighting projections. 
Raymond and Beverly Sackler Rooms 80 - 36 45 - - - - - - -
These rooms offer flexible space for brainstorming sessions, seminars, presentations or a breakout area. The two rooms can be opened up into one large space or used separately for smaller meetings, using the soundproof partition.

There are two foyer spaces, east and west, each associated with one the theatres detailed above. These spaces can however be hired individually for receptions, dinners or as a stand alone exhibition space.
