Sitting in the heart of England in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, Pera Business Park is the perfect venue to host your business or leisure events.

We provide a fantastic range of facilities and our rooms and garden areas can be hired seven-days a week for a variety of events needs. Whether you need a private meeting room for four or a large conference or party for 450, our modern meeting rooms and stunning conference hall, offer you the perfect location, space and atmosphere for your meetings, national events, exhibitions, BBQs and corporate fun-days as well as Christmas parties, weddings and other celebrations. And there’s free parking for more than 400 cars. Whilst you’re with us, we can provide you with a variety of refreshments. Our on-site catering team has created a selection of popular business lunches if you’re with us during the working day. All freshly prepared. And, if you have a celebration in mind the team are more than happy to prepare themed catering. We’re always looking to develop strong working relationships with local, national and global companies – so, at Pera Business Park, there’s no such thing as a ‘typical’ corporate package. We’ll work with you to plan your event and offer delegate rates to suit your needs and budget. Because we’re based in the heart of the country, we’re easy to get to. There are excellent transport links to and from Melton Mowbray and we’re easily reached by rail, air and road. Our tranquil setting, within 9 acres of established grounds, is also the perfect outdoor space for team building events, classic car and bike displays, charity events, photoshoots and filming.
