Stonemartin present The IoD hub at Davidson House, Forbury Square, Reading as part of an exclusive UK Network of First Class Conferencing Facilities.

We include many of the associated costs usually charged as extras, such as unlimited Tea, Coffee & Biscuits, and Still Water. The 13 conference suites can accommodate from 6 to 100 delegates. Two of our rooms can be combined to extend their facilities. We recommend viewing to appreciate all of the room's flexibility. Our rooms have been designed with corporate comfort in mind. The stylish contemporary purpose built suites offer excellent facilities. Including the latest IT and Audio Visual technology, Wireless Internet access, high ceilings, personal air-conditioning and black out. The conference rooms are on the ground floor and accommodate a range of conference styles. The Newmarket Suite for example has soft seating: ideal for Interviews, Syndicate Work or Brainstorming Sessions. First class catering offers a range of excellent menus including hot buffets. We are excited to announce that from October 2005 we will also be able to offer the extensive range from Carluccio's Restaurant.
