Had no reason to use my mobile phone or use smoking or disabled facilities while in the venue. Venue extremly convenient to every amenity. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very spacious and well laid out. Only problem was it was a hot steamy day and the room was roasting. Plus I was not informed internet was £15 per day extra. I was not charged for it as I had not been informed but it was embarrsing to have to question it. Loos and room very far from reception hard for delegates to find.

The Conference room was ideal and had natural light. The staff were attentive and polite and the catering was very good. The net curtains were a disgrace!!
