At The Eastbury we will make sure your individual business needs are always catered for.

They can offer you a venue for your conference, exhibition or training programme that is tailor made to suit your exact requirements. With broadband and audio visual equipment available in every room. They have two conference rooms catering for between 2 and 80 delegates, and in addition there are a range of syndicate rooms available. The Eastbury provides a stylish and professional location, offering light, peaceful and spacious rooms which are ideal for conferences and meetings. The two available rooms face south and overlook the beautiful acre of walled garden at the rear of the hotel. With the hire of either of the meeting rooms, you will be provided with paper and pencils, flip chart and markers, mineral water and mints. overhead projector, a 5ft screen and a colour television are also available when required. By request, the hire of a larger range of audio equipment can be arranged. Secretarial services are also available if required.
