Situated on lake Ullswater in 15 acres of landscaped grounds with sweeping lawns to the lakeshore and one of the largest lakeside terraces in the country – ideal for afternoon teas, pre-dinner drinks barbecues or an informal meeting.

With a service minded team and fine food you your colleagues and clients will be guaranteed a memorable event. The Inn on the Lake has several conference rooms with the largest seating up to 120 delegates. They have all you can wish for being tastefully decorated and furnished, with lots of daylight and some with the most fantastic views of the lake and mountains. In addition, if you wish a more informal atmosphere in the evening, the Ramblers Bar provides just that with its wooden floors, Lakeland stone walls, real ale and large 42 inch TV screens (ideal for THAT football match that's not to be missed). We can even offer you a steak & chips meal, or a pie & peas supper followed by hot Lakeland toffee pudding in Ramblers.
