The newly refurbished Red lion at Whittlesford Bridge is a modern-day coaching Inn.

Using locally sourced food cooked beautifully and simply we provide eating, drinking and lodgings in a traditional yet quirky setting. We are 'All things to all people' Parts of our building date back to the 13th Century when Carmelite monks carved the oak beams which are still in place today. We have plenty of nooks and crannies, low ceilings and wonky floors all of which sit comfortably alongside a 21st Century glass atrium and business centre featuring new audio-visual technology , The Red Lion offers complimentary on-site car parking and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The Red lion at Whittlesford Bridge has recently been renovated and now consists of 3 separate private dining and meeting rooms. Our newly built conference centre featuring top of the range AV equipment, Air conditioning and Beverage honesty snug can accommodate up to 150 delegates in various room layouts which provides a light and spacious environment for your event needs. Our newly built conference centre also includes our stunning Atrium room with natural slate flooring, The atrium can accommodate up to 20 delegates in a boardroom style and works well for all types or networking events. The stunning Atrium ceiling and space of this room creates a wonderful setting for any small event or private dinner. Our newly refurbished private dining room is allocated at the front of the property and can accommodate up to 25 delegates in a boardroom style layout, offering top of the range AV equipment and restored fire place dating back to the 13th century.
