The suite has its own separate bar, lounge area and connecting syndicate room, allowing up to 120 guests to make use of a contained environment.

The largest suite at Mere Golf & Country Club is the James Braid. The James Braid can accommodate 500 delegates in theatre layout but can be partitioned off according to requirements, creating a variety of spacious meeting rooms, break-out rooms and dining areas. The suite has its own entrance, bar and in-built audio PA system. Decorated in traditional style and enjoying an inspiring view of the lake, the James Braid offers an ambience superior to that usually associated with large conference rooms.
