Each lecture theatre provides accommodation for 80 in tiered seating with 2 wheelchair spaces. All seats are equipped with writing tablets.  
Edward Llwyd Building - - - - - - - - - - -
The modern Edward Llwyd Building, which accommodates NEWI’s library and computer centre, houses two lecture theatres and open spaces which are ideal for poster displays and receptions. In addition to the normal provision of books and journals, there is access to a range of multi-media equipment, computer databases and software. All PCs are connected via the Joint Academic Network and the Internet to thousands of computers in the UK and worldwide.  
Lecture Theatre A (Edward Llwyd Building) 100 - - - - - - - - - -
This tiered lecture theatre has seats equipped with a writing tablet. 
Lecture Theatre B (Edward Llwyd Building) 70 - - - - - - - - - -
Both Lecture Theatre A and B are ideal for those who wish to use the Edward Llwyd Building as a base for conferences or seminars, and the Atrium area is ideal for receptions or serving refreshments.

A variety of conference and seminar rooms are situated throughout the Institute, offering a range of rooms holding from 6 to 40. All rooms have an overhead projector and screen as standard, and we are able to serve refreshments or food in most rooms.

We are able to offer a large number of dedicated language, chemistry or media laboratories, computer suites and classrooms for meeting areas throughout the Institute tailored to meet your requirements. 
Exhibitions - - - - - - - - - - -
As well as those mentioned above, there are several other large flat floored areas within the campus that can be used for exhibitions and poster sessions. They include: the Atrium in the Edward Llwyd Building: a large open area which has space for approximately 15 small stands our Gallery, Oriel 103 the Main Foyer, in front of the William Aston Hall and Lecture Theatre A02, which has space for approximately 15 small stands NEWI's Sports Centre, which has 1000 square metres of exhibition space. In addition the Dance Studio can be used for smaller exhibitions or hospitality suites

NEWI's exclusive grounds and car park provide opportunities for the event organiser wishing to organise company functions, team-building events, festivals and sports events.
