The Glamorgan Suite is located on the second floor of the hotel and is an unusual Hexagonal shape which works well when using a screen at the narrow part of the room and then cabaret tables at the wider part of the room. The room benefits from natural daylight from a window at the back of the room and has many ceiling and wall lights. The room has 2 pillars towards to back of the room and has two entrances, one on the right hand side and the other on the left-hand side of the room. The Glamorgan Suite is not suitable for disabled guests as it has steps leading into the room from both entrances.

The Rhymney is situated on the 1st floor of the hotel just off the main balcony in the hotel foyer area. This conference room is ideal for interviews or a small board meeting. The room has a traditional fireplace and has 2 large windows, which allows lots of natural daylight into the room and great views of Cardiff Castle. During a conference, the coffee station could be set up outside the room on the hotel balcony so that delegates can overlook the beautiful chandelier in the main foyer area.

The St Davids Suite is located on the first floor, left side corridor, adjacent to the Foxhunter Suite. Very similar in style to the Foxhunter Suite, this room has large windows that let in lots of natural daylight and overlooks Cardiff Castle. This room is ideal for boardroom meetings up to 20 delegates or as a syndicate room for the Foxhunter Suite.

The Clocktower is situated on the 1st floor of the hotel just off the main balcony in the hotel foyer area. It can hold up to 14 boardroom and is a lovely room for small private dinning. The room has some traditional features that include a fireplace. This room also benefits from an outside balcony / terrace area, which overlooks the front of the hotel and Cardiff Castle and is ideal for conference breaks or outside photographs.

The Foxhunter Suite is located on the first floor on the left-hand side corridor of the hotel, which runs down Castle Street. The Foxhunter Suite has large windows running down one side of the room which lets in lots of natural daylight and has great views of Cardiff Castle. The room has a fireplace in one corner and has air-conditioning. Is ideal for private dinners for up to 50 people or a conference of similar size. Just across the corridor from the Foxhunter entrance are toilet facilities and although the Foxhunter does not have its own bar, a portable bar area can be set up in the corner of the room if clients require.

Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, the Dragon Suite is a large room with very high ceilings & balcony area. The balcony is ideal as syndicate space or as a separate exhibition area, and is used for larger dinners as it can seat additional 50 guests on 5 round tables of 10.
The Dragon Suite has direct loading access from the car park, which is ideal for large conferences or dinners with lots of equipment and also has its own private entrance from Westgate Street.
The Dragon Suite has an in-built stage and curtain which is perfect for back projection during a conference or a band / DJ for a function.
The Dragon Suite also has its own private cloakroom and toilets and has the benefit of a private bar which is located in the Prince of Wales corridor
The Dragon Suite can comfortably accommodate up to 300 people theatre style and is complete with it''s own sound and light system and total black out capability. The Suite also has full air-conditioning.
