The Carlton Manor hotel is a 19th Century manor house, set in the depths of the beautiful East Suffolk countryside.

It has 14 comfortable bedrooms, a recently refurbished bar and restaurant, and two function rooms, the Manor and the Colville which can accommodate up to 200 and 70 guests respectively. Located next to the seaside town of Lowestoft, the hotel is an ideal base from which to explore some of the finest areas of East Anglia; from the beautiful Broads to the attractions of Norwich, Great Yarmouth and beautiful Suffolk countryside, its location is ideal for the purpose of your visit. The Carlton Manor Hotel is a magnificent 19th century Manor House with 14 bedrooms and two function suites set within 2 acres of grounds. We can also offer you and your guests’ comfortable accommodation. The Colville Room - This comfortable room would be the perfect venue for up to 60 guests to sit comfortably and dine. This room can also accommodate 70 guests for a buffet style reception. The Manor Room - The Manor room is an ideal venue for larger parties and holds up to 180 guests for a seated function and 200 guests for a buffet style function. Larger numbers can be accommodated with the use of a marquee attached.
