About the venue

The Green Park Conference Centre is the perfect meeting place for business.

Located on the ground floor of 100 Longwater Avenue, the centre hosts a tranquil view over Longwater Lake and the surrounding landscaped scenery of Green Park. Following a major refurbishment at the end of 2012, the Conference Centre offers Grade A conferencing facilities with an executive feel. The Centre offers flexible space which allows it to cater for any requirement from a one-to-one review or a team meeting, up to a conference for 200 delegates. If you’re travelling by car, Green Park has direct access to the M4 at Junction 11. If you’re travelling by train, the local station is Reading which is an 8 minute taxi ride away or you can take the bus between Reading and Green Park which runs every 10 minutes and will drop you off right outside the Conference Centre. London Heathrow Airport is also just a 30 minute drive along the M4. Our in-house catering team provide a superb hospitality service with the flexibility to serve anything from a simple working buffet lunch to outside BBQs on the decking or delicious canapés, ideal for networking events. Meeting rooms can be booked by a room hire rate or as day delegate packages. The centre can cater for all AV and equipment requirements, with built in projectors and screens, telephone and video conference facilities, PA system with microphones, lecterns, portable plasma HD TV screens, staging, flipcharts and a centrally controlled system to manage lighting, blinds and sound volume. The building in which the Conference Centre is situated offers a fully array of facilities including a front reception desk, 24 hour security, ample free parking, free WiFi, an executive lounge and Byte Café which serves a full menu of hot and cold options throughout the working day. As we’re located in the business community of Green Park, there are also a range of outdoor activities available which are free for all guests to use including, the rowing boats on the lake, a trim trail and the footpaths around the Park which lead you off on a scenic tour where you can spot a whole spectrum of wildlife along the way.
