About the venue

The Larkfield Priory is located perfectly for both business and leisure, just four miles from the centre of the town of Maidstone, and midway between London and the channel ports.

The hotel still retains the atmosphere of an English town house, and as you would expect, the comfort of our guests is paramount. We pride ourselves on our traditional friendliness, hospitality and high standards throughout all our services, delivering you a most relaxing and enjoyable stay. Each of our 52 bedrooms is en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and satellite TV. We also have a luxury four poster suite for that extra-special occasion. The hotel offers a range of effective conference and meeting rooms catering for audiences of up to 70 guests. We're proud to be considered a highly respected wedding venue thanks to our excellent facilities and friendly and professional staff, who throughout your day will ensure you and your guests enjoy a truly special occasion. There are four main conference rooms, each offering a vast array of capacities depending on the setup selected. We appreciate that all businesses are different and as such ensure that you are treated individually, with packages that are tailored to you exact needs. Our day delegate rate includes arrival tea & coffee, main meeting room hire from 8.00am - 5.30pm, mid morning tea & coffee served with pastries, 2 course hot & cold buffet and afternoon tea & coffee with biscuits. Meetings + conference equipment includes note pads & pens, flipchart, TV & video, organisers stationery box and table refreshments. The day delegate package starts from £35.00 per person. The 24 hour delegate package costs £119.50 per person. This package is perfect if you are organising people from a distance and require an early start the following morning. All of the above is included as well as a 3 course dinner in our brasserie restaurant, overnight accommodation, full English breakfast and daily newspaper. Minimum numbers of ten delegates apply to both packages. If our packages do not suit your requirements you can tailor your own package based around a room hire charge and any extras you may require.
