The Barns Hotel offers three flexible ground floor conference suites, perfect for meetings in Bedford.

The Northill and Southill Suites both have a maximum capacity of 35 in theatre style and offer air conditioning and natural daylight. Both suites are accessible for disabled guests and offer a calm environment for any meeting. The Tithe Barn, dating back to the 13th Century, has a traditional timber frame with red brick noggin and a red tiled roof. Its size of 20m x 6m, with maximum capacity of 120, makes it ideal for a range of meetings, events and celebrations. We recognise that no two events are the same, but the dedication and commitment of our experienced staff will ensure you won't have to worry about a thing as we help you plan your event right down to the very last detail. Although we have a range of rooms full of character, each meeting and event room has the same features: • High-speed internet access • Stationery box • Speaker phone • Data projector* We even have our own preferred suppliers for all Audio Visual requirements, including set design and sound systems. Before you arrive, all equipment in the room is checked with each room set up and available 30 minutes before your meeting or event. When you arrive at the hotel, your dedicated member of staff - available all day long - will meet you to run through all the details. They'll confirm what's been booked and organise any last minute changes or additional requirements. Then it's the simple things like agreeing the preferred method of communicating of any messages on the day.
