As a user of the conference facilities at Cambridge Golf and Conference Centre you are not merely a customer but a valued guest, with every detail taken care of. The conference centre offers a range of conferencing, banqueting and event suites for up to 200 guests, allowing for flexibility to suit all occasions. The complex consists of 25,000 sq ft of purpose built conference facilities, set in 14 acres of beautiful countryside, yet conveniently situated close to the A14 between Cambridge and Huntingdon, with easy access to the M11 and A1. The centre is bright and modern, and conference rooms have been designed with ease of use in mind. Audio visual technology has been incorporated into the design, ensuring that presentations can be delivered straight from your laptop without a hitch. Staff are trained to assist with any technical issues and our satellite internet facility provides a fast and reliable wi fi connection. Rooms are set to your requirements and vary in size taking up to 100 in a cabaret layout, 200 in a theatre layout and 52 in a boardroom layout. There are four conference Suites in total, two of which have bar facilities. Three of the rooms have stunning far-reaching views, which add to the ambience of the internal decor. You will find an array of refreshments, including fresh coffee, decaffeinated teas and coffees and speciality teas, all served with biscuits. Tables are set with iced water and mints, and notepaper and pens are provided as a matter of course. You will find attentive and informative service throughout your day, including the use of a wall phone to call the office for any assistance you might require. Whatever the timings of your event, the centre is able to accommodate you, from an early breakfast meeting to a late night event. When it comes to menus, you can expect delicious food, whatever the time of your event. For breakfast meetings you are able to indulge in a bacon roll or even a full English breakfast! At lunchtime, you can order a sandwich lunch, a salad selection or even a full hot dinner � the choice is yours. Lunch can be taken in the room of your meeting or you may prefer to adjourn to St Andrews Restaurant or to another room (subject to availability). Specific dietary requirements are always catered for, and special requests are no problem. For smaller meetings you may opt to order lunch from the bar menu, taking your lunch in the well-appointed St Andrews Bar, or in good weather you might like to relax in the wonderful surroundings of the patio and garden area. Golf practice facilities are on hand for those delegates who would like to improve their game before or after their meeting, and there is a fully stocked golf superstore with budget prices on a wide range of clothing and equipment. The centre really does have it all!
