And now, with the opening of the Interpretation Centre, Cardiff Castle can boast a brand new space – a contemporary setting at the heart of this historic site. Dating from the 15th century, the Undercroft is one of the oldest parts of the Castle and is also the setting for Cardiff Castle’s extremely popular Welsh Banquets
