Set in the peaceful surroundings of the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside on the banks of the River Thames, Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre manages to combine the past - uniting traditional style, with contemporary amenities.

Once home to Henry VIII and Elizabeth I, the 800-year-old Abbey is now a unique venue for any conference and corporate event. As well as boasting superb facilities it is the perfect backdrop to host private dinners, weddings and functions. Modern business executives (and the odd Tudor ghost!) roam the panelled conference rooms of this historic building, which can cater for up to 120 delegates. The Great Hall with its magnificent vaulted ceiling and minstrels gallery can seat 120 people for a formal sit down meal at any one time. A Gym,tennis, squash, golf, sauna and steam rooms are amongst the superb modern sports and leisure facilities available for delegates to use and help them wind down after a full day's work. Extensive beautiful grounds make it ideal for Marquees and Team Building Activities. Located midway between junction 4 of the M40 and junction 8/9 of the M4, Bisham Abbey is ideally situated for access from London, Southeast and the Midlands. Accommodation is available in the form of 50 en-suite bedrooms all featuring a flat screen television and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. A selection of rooms are specially adapted for disabled guests. Wireless internet access is also available for all resident guests and use of the gym is free during your stay.
