About the venue

Cain Manor is a stunning timbered Elizabethan manor house, available for exclusive hire, set in nine acres of landscaped grounds and an additional twenty acres of woodland with impressive views over Surrey’s ‘Golden Valley’.

The original part of the building dates back over 400 years & has been sympathetically renovated & furnished in a contemporary style. The largest event space is the Music Room, which has high, timbered ceilings, a cathedral-style window & minstrel’s gallery. A versatile space for business meetings & entertaining, it can accommodate 120 for a seated dinner or 180 theatre style. A further three rooms are available, including the Library – ideal as a registration or breakout space – & the Drawing Room, which offers a quiet place to relax. Cain Manor has 14 luxurious bedrooms with exposed beams, an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis court and grounds for team building activities. Available on an exclusive-use basis, a personalised event management service is available from RioEvents.
