Each of our four centres set a high standard of design reflecting each locality through use of high-scale photographic images. So Bristol’s eOffice features Brunel and his fantastic engineering feats, whilst the Birmingham eOffice features The Bull Ring and Spitfire aeroplanes. This immediately separates eOffice from it’s ‘one-size-fits-all’ competitors and gives each one a real sense of belonging in it’s chosen city centre location. Every eOffice is in a prime city location. Bristol is a stone’s throw from busy Corn Street and Broadmead shopping centre, whilst Birmingham is nestled between the Bullring Centre and the bustling commercial district, 250 yards from central rail networks. All centres are quite unique in design, boasting striking European design and the latest in technology. Technology goes hand in hand with the design of eOffice. High speed broadband and Wi-Fi is available throughout, together with sophisticated swipe card entry systems that allow users to access hot-desk hours – logging in automatically for use of pre-paid hot-desking. Virtual offices are also available for those who do not need a fixed desk but for those who do, a range of open plan and enclosed offices are available. This collaborative working environment is supported by break out spaces for quiet working and a range of meeting rooms and conference facilities. Meeting rooms can be configured to suit all requirements and all are equipped with plasma screens and presentation materials. Illy coffee machines and a fridge stocked with iced water complete the picture in every meeting room, whilst one room is set up as a dedicated Video Conferencing suite. The crowning glory of eOffice Bristol and Birmingham are the fantastic conference rooms, each accommodating up to 100 people. They too have plasma screens and also a data projector, lectern and wireless PA system. Each room can be configured auditorium style or as a lecture room with individual tables for delegates. Again, image is paramount and a selection of refreshments are always on hand. eOffice can offer facilities by the hour, day, month or year in packages tailored to meet exactly the needs of contemporary collaborative, flexible working.
