The Winter Gardens at Weston-super-Mare combines refined twenties elegance with the very best up to date conference facilities, free wifi, audio and visual equipment.

This outstanding venue occupies a prominent position at the heart of Westons seafront. With its large Ballroom and six meeting rooms, we can cater for a range of business events, whether it is a small meeting of 10 or a large conference up to 600 delegates. Pavilion Ballroom The majestic oval Pavilion Ballroom dating back to 1927, is surrounded by an arched terrace and boasts glorious views across the bay. It can seat up to 500 delegates theatre style, 550 banqueting style or 600 with reception. The Ballroom can also provide 500m2 of exhibition space. The Meeting Rooms The 6 adaptable function rooms are ideal for meetings and conferences, as well as smaller ceremonies. Several of our larger upstairs rooms offer stunning views across Weston-super-Mare's bay, which makes them perfect for meetings where you want to impress your guests. These rooms can seat up to 60 people. These rooms are modern and fresh, while incorporating elements of the building's unique character. If you require food for your event, the Winter Gardens offers a range of catering packages that range from simple tea and coffee right up to lunch and evening meal. If you require a bespoke menu, our head chef can work with you to address your requirements. With friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand to offer advice with your enquiries. They can also help with booking accommodation and activities within the area. Location The Winter Gardens is situated just minutes from Junction 21 off the M5 via a duel carriageway link road (A370). Parking is available in the Sovereign Centre adjacent to the venue with a variety of nearby Hotels including our preferred partner the Royal Hotel and the 500 room capacity Premier Inn, these are all easily accessible and within easy walking distance of the venue. Bristol International Airport: 14 miles/Railway Station: Half mile Restaurants Lasseters Bar & Kitchen and The Greenhouse both with a fabulous range of beverages and delicious menus, made with fresh and locally sourced produce. Each one is a great place to relax in between conference sessions.
