Appleby Manor Country House Hotel is surrounded and protected by the magnificent mountains and fells of the Lake District, North Pennines and Yorkshire Dales. Located in Appleby, near Penrith the Appleby Manor Country House is beautifully situated in wooded grounds overlooking Appleby Castle. All meeting rooms have natural daylight, 13A sockets, telephone, and convenient toilets. Available on site are flipcharts, Dual-Lamp OHPs, screens, blackboard, television, video, photocopier, facsimilie, internet/e-mail, printer and a reliable efficient message-taking service. Other audio-visual equipment is available when requested in advance. There are free parking spaces on site for 50 cars, plus coaches. There are two main meeting rooms available for conferences or small meetings: The Garden Room is located on the ground floor overlooking the valley, and also comfortably accommodates 26 delegates boardroom-style or schoolroom-style, and 35 theatre-style. The Settle/Carlisle Room caters admirably for smaller boardroom-style meetings with up to 12 delegates. Two further syndicate rooms are available
