The venue comprises 1,200sqm of space and is in the centre of The Custard Factory which is the home to a hive of creative businesses as well as exclusively independent shops, cafes and bars, bars. The hire includes the use of 3 additional breakout spaces should you need them: - Factory Gallery – 122 theatre style, - Riverside 1 – 60 theatre style, - Riverside 2 – 100 theatre style.
