The Broadway Hotel was built in 1961 and was the first licensed premises in Letchworth Garden City. The Hotel offers 35 en-suite bedrooms at great value in a town centre location. We also offer private parking for our guests and a wonderful Carvery Restaurant. In the warmer months we open our delightful terrace for al fresco drinking and dining. Our 180 seater restaurant is very popular with all the Letchworth folk and word of our fantastic value for money carvery has spread to surrounding areas. We are proud of our wide variety of delicious starters and desserts and our mouth-watering grill menu. The Broadway also caters for a wide variety of Functions including conferences, private dining, parties and Weddings. We hold a Civil Wedding license for couples who wish to make their vows in our elegant Ballroom. Our Team at the Broadway try hard to understand the needs of all our guests and make their experiences with us memorable for all the right reasons. We have an ambition to be the first choice of Letchworth for eating, drinking and sleeping, we believe we are achieving this. The Broadway has recently undergone a complete refurbishment; from the restaurant and bedrooms right through to our conference and function rooms. All public areas have wireless Internet access via the 'ReadytoSurf' Internet service provider. Within the hotel we have four types of function room available and they are able to accommodate from 2 to as many as 200 people.

The complex is comprised of three main spaces, all inter-linked, and the Civic Theatre, situated in close proximity to the Corn Exchange. With rooms of all sizes from a compact meeting space to an impressive auditorium, maybe the most important feature is the flexibility afforded by the arrangement of these rooms and the configurations possible within them. Each of the main spaces has its own bar, kitchen, toilets and cloakroom facilities. All areas of the venue can be connected through video and audio links and we are also able to offer our customers an audio or video recording service for all functions held within the venue. A full in-house bar and catering service can be provided dependent on individual clients' needs. Lift and ramp access makes the venue accessible to disabled customers and an induction loop system is available for people with impaired hearing.
