The hotel has 76 rooms with En-Suites, flat screen Tvs and tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel also offers free onsite parking and complimentary use of the air conditioned gym located on the first floor to residents. Our contemporary hotel bar and lounge is open to both residents and non residents offering free wifii in public areas 7 days a week. The restaurant offers a steakhouse, pizza and pasta menu and is open 6 days a week from 5pm. The Conference room which is situated on the second floor, is a large spacious fully carpeted air conditioned room with a holding capacity of 40 delegates. The room is suited to any layout catering for a main presentation to a smaller 1:1 interview. We are in the centre of Solihull with its excellent transport links by road, rail and air. Located next to Solihull rail and bus stations, we have a range of 7 rooms suitable for anything from a small meeting for a few people to a large event or conference: our largest room has a capacity of 280. There are catering facilities, Wi-Fi and a lift as well as some audio-visual equipment. Rates are reasonable and the income helps us to provide facilities for the community.
