    Spencer House was built in 1756-66 for John, first Earl Spencer, an ancestor of Diana, Princess of Wales (1961-97). Situated in the heart of St James's, Spencer House is a short distance from St James's Palace, Buckingham Palace and the Palace of Westminster, and has a splendid terrace and restored, half acre garden with magnificent views of The Green Park. Spencer House, one of the most beautiful and stunning settings in London, is available for your exclusive use. The state rooms, have been restored to the former splendour of their late eighteenth-century appearance and are decorated with distinguished paintings and furniture. This provides a magnificent setting for private and corporate events, receptions, civil weddings, recitals, meetings and presentations. Charitable events are welcomed at Spencer House. Spencer House has an in-house team who are dedicated to planning and executing your event. The Head Chef will create a seasonal menu to suit your individual requirements. The Head Butler will be happy to advise on wines from our cellar. We are able to provide a full bespoke service to include printing and calligraphy. Working alongside carefully selected suppliers, Spencer House Events are happy to arrange flowers, entertainment, additional lighting, marquees and fireworks. The Facilty Fee for the exclusive hire of the House is based on the size and scale of each individual event and includes our own full event management. Menu prices are inclusive of Butler service, fine china, silver, linen, glassware and furniture.

Il Bottaccio offers two galleries and two entrances; it is a flexible venue suitable for almost any occasion. ll Bottaccio's Grand Gallery is a sophisticated but light space that provides either a simple backdrop to your event or, a neutral setting perfect for bespoke decoration. The floor length windows flood the room with light that illuminates the high ceilings, white panelled walls and polished wooden floor. The stunning simplicity of the Grand Gallery has made it a favourite location for exclusive fashion shows for over a decade. The Gallery has hosted a number of London Fashion Week shows for designers such as De Beers and Gucci. The tall white walls provide clean backdrops that allow dramatic lighting installations, enable photographers to capture brilliant action shots and focus all attention onto the action within the room. In contrast, the Club Gallery offers a more sumptuous area in which to indulge your guests. The oak paneled room is lined with wine racks and furnished with luxurious red curtains and carpets. The Club Gallery is made for a wine tasting, reception, lunch, dinner or, down-to-business meeting. Whereas the Grand Gallery may host up to 400 guests, the Club Gallery hosts a more intimate 150 standing guests or 60 seated guests.

    Gymkhana is inspired by Colonial Indian gymkhana clubs, set up by the British Raj, where members of high society came to socialize, dine, drink and play sport. Gymkhana offers two private dining vaults secluded on either side of the lower ground floor, each offering a range of set menus or a selection of menu items allowing guests to create their own bespoke menu and wine pairing. With banquette seating in each vault, guests can dine in groups of up to nine or up to fourteen. Gymkhana is also available for exclusive hire on each level seating 50 guests on the ground floor and 50 guests on the lower ground floor.
