Avenue welcomes groups of up to 100 guests in the main restaurant. Semi-exclusive Dining The raised area of the restaurant can be used as a semi-private dining area above the main dining room, enabling guests to eat privately but also enjoy the atmosphere of the main restaurant. Working alongside carefully selected suppliers, Spencer House Events are happy to arrange flowers, entertainment, additional lighting, marquees and fireworks. The Facilty Fee for the exclusive hire of the House is based on the size and scale of each individual event and includes our own full event management. Menu prices are inclusive of Butler service, fine china, silver, linen, glassware and furniture.
