Hawkesyard Hall is a grade II listed building dating back to the mid 1700’s. Set in 170 acres of private grounds, Hawkesyard has several function/conference rooms. Within Hawkesyard Hall the Lister Suite and Sir Robert Peel Suite have high ceilings which are ornately decorated in keeping with the period. The Armitage Suite is more modern in appearance and has air conditioning. The Parklands is a separate building on the Estate, more modern in construction and appearance and is also fully air conditioned. We have three private bars on site in The Orangery, The Armitage Suite and The Parklands. These are only used in conjunction with booked events. The Lister and Sir Robert Peel Suites look out over the landscaped gardens of the Hall towards the fountain and Dove Cote.

Our six conference rooms vary in size and style from the opulence of the 120 seat ballroom to the intimacy of the Library for groups of 12 or less. In addition, we do not restrict our guests to the use of just one or two rooms, you are free to use the whole Hall providing the ultimate in flexibility for your event. When it comes to catering for our guests, we know how important it is to provide an excellent and nourishing table. Each menu is as individual as each client and our experienced food and beverage team are always ready to suggest and advise. Accommodation is provided in our twenty suites and bedrooms. For larger residential events, additional rooms and transport can be quickly and easily arranged at neighbouring establishments by our experienced team of co-ordinators.

The House provides a unique and stylish venue for business meetings, corporate events and receptions. Facilities for hire include one or more of the individual rooms as described in the pages to the left. For larger functions the whole House can be hired. Lecture room facilities and refreshments can also be provided.
