Located in the heart of Guildford for over 130 years, The Guildford Institute is a Grade II listed building rich with history. We have five meeting rooms available which can accommodate small numbers through to 70 people. Easily accessible by public transport, we are a 10-minute walk from Guildford and London Road train stations and less than 5 minutes from the bus station. There are also several town centre car parks nearby and blue badge street parking directly outside our building. As a charity, we pride ourselves on providing affordable room hire. Our friendly team and variety of flexible spaces makes us a popular venue for meetings, events and functions. Each of our rooms are unique and full of character. Meet in our historic library with its floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, enjoy views of Guildford from our traditional sash windows, admire our feature fireplace and vaulted ceiling, amongst other period features. We have different refreshment options available to suit your needs: • V Café, our on-site vegetarian and vegan café, serving homemade lunches • In-room refreshments: Hot drinks, freshly made breakfast pastries and fruit and sandwich lunches • Function bar WiFi is available in each of our rooms, keeping you connected and able to deliver presentations. We also have a variety of additional equipment available including staging, a sound and lighting centre and hybrid meeting equipment. Our building is fully accessible with a level entrance, lift and washroom. We also have onsite baby changing facilities.

It is one hour away from South West London and within easy reach of Guildford, Farnham, Godalming and Cranleigh. Ramster Hall is the perfect setting for corporate meetings, events and parties. You will have full use of three historic halls, The Long Hall, Great Drawing Room and Brick Hall which feature traditional architecture and elegant décor. The halls wrap around a courtyard garden which can be used for drinks receptions, photography and a break out area. Ramster Hall has an extensive list of outstanding suppliers to cover all your requirements including catering and AV equipment.

Ridge Farm is a 12 twelve bedroom, 16th century farmhouse set amongst some 15 acres of landscaped grounds and woodland. Renowned for it's homely atmosphere and understated hospitality, we have been welcoming guests for over 35 years. Until 2001 Ridge Farm was the home of Ridge Farm Studio, one of the first and most successful residential recording studios in the UK. Since then we have become an increasingly popular venue for weddings, holidays and corporate meetings / events. Recent companies to use Ridge Farm for their business include Mars UK, Royal Mail, GlaxoSmithKline, The NHS and B&Q. All seemed to enjoy and benefit from the privacy and relaxing atmosphere we have here. The accommodation comprises of 9 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms and 3 twin bedrooms. There are 3 other separate bathrooms and 2 separate WC's All bookings benefit from exclusive use of the heated poolhouse, with its chlorine-free swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and shower room. There is also a tennis court, table-tennis table and basketball ring The kitchens in the farmhouse are kitted out with everything you would expect from a large farmhouse kitchen.
