The venue is situated just 10 minutes from the M1 motorway and 5 minutes from Nottingham city centre, in the picturesque grounds of Highfields. The Stick & Pitcher function room and conference facilities are available to hire. Highfields is home to Beeston Hockey Club, Nottingham Players Hockey Club, Beeston Centurions FC and Nottingham Lacrosse Club. Our conference room can seat 25 people and is equipped with a projector, flip chart, board room table and chairs. The Stick & Pitcher can also be hired for larger conferences up to 45 people. We are flexible and can tailor your needs to your meeting.

BAWA is just five minutes drive from the M5/M4 interchange at Almondsbury and is very easy to find. Our on-site car park has space for 350 cars for which there is constant camera surveillance. Alternatively, Bristol Parkway Railway Station is only a five minute taxi ride away. All the facilities are accessible to people in wheelchairs, with wide doorways and a lift to the first floor. There are toilets on each floor, and cold drinks, vending and coffee machines on the ground floor. The rugby ground, which was also used by Wales, was developed over the years to incorporate new stands and became known as the National Stadium. This superb 2.1 mile circuit has been developed for over 50 years into a top-flight racing venue which hosts prestigious Motorsport events such as British Touring Cars (BTCC) as well as the most competitive club level racing. The super-fast sweeping curves of the Jim Clark Esses and Barcroft are a genuine white-knuckle, seat of the pants challenge, taken at 115mph and 130mph respectively in a current Formula Ford car. These sections combined with long straights followed by slow corners make for a scintillating track for both testing and racing

Downstairs in the clubhouse is our main function room, capable of sitting 120 for dinner, or being set out in any way you require for whatever event you are holding or celebrating, including weddings, christenings and anniversaries.
