    We have private event facilities in the basement area of Below Zero Lounge Bar & Restaurant. The Reindeer room has a seated capacity of 68 and a standing capacity of 90. The Reindeer and Moose Rooms in combination have a seated capacity of 110 and a standing capacity of 170. The Moose Room cannot be hired without hire of the Reindeer Room. Our venue is most suitable for a cocktail & canape party but we can also do seated meals on lounge style seating. We have plasma screens in the Reindeer Room for presentations. Our events team will work closely with you to select the most appropriate food and beverage selections for your event. An event at Below Zero can be combined with a visit into the Absolute Icebar London. As the Icebar is minus 5 degrees, visits are limited to 45 minutes per guest and capes are provided for warmth. The Icebar has a capacity of 60 guests. It is available for private hire (45 minute timeslots) in conjunction with events depending on availability.

    Chase Lodge is a small quality hotel just minutes from historic Kingston, 30 minutes by train from Waterloo and 8 miles from Heathrow Airport. We have a ground floor split level area with dual aspect providing plenty of natural light. There is free wifi throughout. We can provide all day catering including full meals and overnight accommodation and are fully licensed. Daily delegate rates on application. Each of the 12 bedrooms is individually designed to a high standard with carefully chosen furniture and striking fabrics. All rooms are en suite with TV, free wireless internet access and tea/coffee making facilities. Some rooms have jacuzzi or steam room. Room rates include a full continental buffet breakfast and tax. Dinner is not included but within one minute's walk are a number of very good restaurants. The centre of Kingston is a very short walk with many excellent restaurants including Jamie Oliver's Italian and Carluccio's. There is free overnight parking outside the hotel and daily parking by prior arrangement. Pets are very welcome and no charge is made for well behaved animals. We offer special weekend rates on application and business rates for frequent visitors.
