    The Clock Tower is a privately owned residential property within the iconic former Midland Grand Hotel at St Pancras. The Clock Tower easily lends itself to drinks receptions, private dining, small musical events and meetings. A pre-rigged bar in the ceiling of the Tower Room make aerial performances a possibility. From the private lobby of St Pancras Chambers, both the lift and the spectacular gothic staircase take you to the fifth floor. The vast corridor (reputedly used by a visiting South African cricket team for indoor nets practice) is flooded with natural daylight and runs the length of the top floor which leads you towards The Clock Tower entrance. The 6m x 6m Tower Room with bare brickwork and wooden floors features gothic style arched windows. The exposed roof struts in the ceiling soar over 10m up to the clock. The wooden clock-winders room can be found suspended half-way up the Tower, along with the weights box which harks back to the days when the clock was wound by hand. Below this, a modern galleries library overlooks the room. Views from the windows reach out to St Paul’s, the Shard, the City of London and Canary Wharf.

Victorian theatre built in 1860 now a grade II English Heritage listed building. 1800 sq. ft. plus adjoining reception room located in Notting Hill Gate. The 20th Century Theatre is a Grade II listed English Heritage Building, now a fully restored London venue. Built around 1860, it was used as a theatre prior to becoming the London Opera School and a venue for professional and amateur theatre groups. Charles Dickens is known to have read his stories from the stage in 1862 whilst Laurence Olivier made his debut here as well. The Theatre is now available for private hire. The area comprises 1800 square feet of floor space in the main Theatre. An additional 650 square feet is available on stage with a 300 square foot gallery.     The launch of the Marquee Club has added another exciting venue option to the West End scene. The live music venue, which has bought the rights to use the name of the legendary Wardour Street club, makes a great space for private parties, corporate events & fashion shows for up to 1,265 people. The Marquee is split over levels 3, 4 and 5 at #1 Leicester Square. The entrance is directly onto the North Side, between the Empire Cinema and MTV's new Total Request Live Studio. The main Venue space is on level 3, there is a built in 60 square metre stage with flying light-rig above and a Martin Sound system is housed in a mezzanine platform with the light desk at the opposite end, it also has its own Bar and Backstage areas. The total floor space is 1430 square metres (5000sqft). Standing capacity on this level is 535 plus 330 on the gallery. Level 4 is a gallery comprised of a four-sided balcony with its own bar over-looking level 3. The standing capacity on this level is 330. The total floor space is 980 square metres (2980sft). One entire side of the balcony is on a hydraulic lift that enables one end of it to drop to the back of the stage of the floor below to link the two floors together. Level 3 & 4 together is ideal for live music performances. The space can also be used for private hire for parties, conferences, product launches, receptions and fashion shows. Level 5 - The Marquee Bar is a sleek white space with a standing capacity of 400. The total space measures 1400 square metres (4800sft). There are two bars and a fabulous view over Leicester Square. Again there is a stage with sound and light - see specifications below. Levels 3, 4 and 5 can be hired out together for exceptional events. The total capacity of the venue is 1265. There are 2 lifts, 3 stairwells. There are no set fees for the hire of the venue - rates will depend on dates and times as well as staff, security and technical requirements, as well as the type of event you are hoping to organise.
