Our South stand has given our Conference centre great flexibility, award winning recognition through the Meetings and Industry Association and some of the finest meeting rooms in the whole of the south-west region All our 18 meeting rooms are on one corridor facing into the famous Kingsholm pitch. The Stadium boasts three conference suites, two fully licensed bars, individual washroom facilities, excellent free parking and disabled access throughout. The Boardroom An excellent facility offering views over the pitch, providing a comfortable setting for smaller meetings. This room is used especially by clubs and societies, for committee or trustee meetings, additionally as an intimate venue for interviews, ‘workshops,’ or for training ‘break out’ groups with up to 16 attendees. Catering and refreshments are available for a minimum of two persons The Barbican Suite A rectangular shaped room accommodating up to 100 seated/standing. This suite has its own private entrance, bar and washroom facilities. It is ideal for meetings, conferences and presentation evenings. This suite is fully licensed for the provision of entertainment such as disco’s, bands or speakers with a small dance floor. The Centurion Suite A large ‘L’ shaped room accommodating up to 145 seated or 200 standing. The Sports Bar also features PA system and is ideal for meetings, conferences, presentation evenings.
