BEST WESTERN Oaklands Hall Hotel near Grimsby is a gorgeous Grade II Listed country house hotel which was built in 1877 and nestles in 5 acres of beautiful parkland and gardens. Sitting pretty on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) the hotel is a short distance from Grimsby, the seaside attractions of Cleethorpes and the busy industrial Humber Bank ports. Further afield, historic Lincoln is within easy reach, and the beautiful unspoilt Georgian market town of Louth is well worth a visit. The hotel has undergone a period of refurbishment with more to follow and bedrooms are equipped with all the Wi-Fi and LCD TVs. There are a number of beautiful feature rooms, many with four poster beds and large corner baths, and the dramatic original Victorian architectural features make a stay in the hotel a rather memorable experience. The hotels Garden Restaurant offers a warm welcome and friendly service with an ever changing menu to reflect the best of local and seasonal produce, whilst the bar and lounge area is a comfortable oasis in which to relax after a hard day's work or a hectic day of sightseeing. The hotel also has the capability to host business meetings, conferences and private functions with a range of flexible meeting rooms.
