Situated at the Rear of St. Mary's Church and ideal for your event - meeting, conference, training programme, celebration dinner,or reception . On the Ground Floor, there is a spacious Reception area in which to gather.The Main Hall can accommodate up to 120 people in theatre style or 100 for a formal dinner. It is equipped with an audio system and projection screens. There is also a well equipped kitchen. Leading off from the Hall there is a covered area opening out onto the walled garden. There is plenty of pathing, ideal for use on fine days for photo calls etc. On the first floor there are three rooms and a small kitchen; The largest will seat up to forty people and the medium room up to thirty people. The smallest room, which is furnished in an informal style, can seat twelve. Flipcharts, OHP, slide projector and television/video player are available for use.

The delightful Runnymede campus offers a combination of Victorian and modern buildings set within extensive grounds overlooking the River Thames. A range of versatile meeting rooms is available, seating from 10-300 delegates. In addition, between June and September we are pleased to offer 250 single study bedrooms and dining facilities. The Oak Room at Runnymede is available to hire throughout the year. It will comfortably accommodate up to 40 delegates, theatre style. The room has the benefit of a sliding partition which can be used to create more space or a separate meeting/dining area.
