    Colwall Park sits at the centre of a quiet rural village; a peaceful and friendly haven halfway between Malvern & Ledbury. World famous Malvern Spring Water is bottled some 50 metres from the hotel. Our large well kept gardens, which look out directly to the Malvern Hills, boast a croquet lawn and boules pitches and nearby footpaths lead directly onto the slopes of the hills. With 22 individually decorated bedrooms we are the ideal base for couples, families and business travellers alike; perfect for a romantic weekend break or as a base to explore the unspoiled English countryside. Bedrooms are fully equipped and offer modern technology such as complimentary Wi-Fi and personal touches like home made shortbread biscuits. The Ballroom is a bright modern room with good natural light and original Edwardian windows. There are no pillars and the room can easily accommodate up to 120 delegates for a meeting or 100 for a sit-down meal. It has its own adjoining bar and reception room (The Wye Room) which is ideal as a break-out room, or can be booked separately for smaller meetings. The Wye Room is also perfect for select private dinners for a maximum of 24 people, with the menu of your choice. Our Avon Room is a smaller and secure meeting room on the first floor, suitable for up to 20 delegates, with a separate syndicate room next door. It has good natural light and overlooks our beautiful gardens.

    Birtsmorton Court is privately owned Medieval Double Moated Manor House, first built in 1241, set in stunning formal gardens and surrounded by 350 acres. Whether you're planning a small day seminar, large conference or formal evening dinner, Birtsmorton Court can fulfil your requirements in a unique, exclusive and impressive venue. The Garden Room has been converted into a 4,500 sq ft events facility, which features its own dedicated entrance, full catering facilities, toilets (including disabled), a beautiful semi-permanent marquee and a large purpose-built parking area. The floor to ceiling windows allow entry of cars or machinery, creating the ideal venue for product launches and conferences. The marquee is attached to the side of the Garden Room creating a seamless space between the two areas. This delightful space can hold formal dinners of up to 330 guests seated. The marquee also gives the venue a multitude of additional uses and can be laid out in Theatre, Banquet, Cabaret or Classroom styles. The Garden Room can easily be split into a number of separate rooms for break-outs or be used as one large events area. In addition, we now have two separate break-out rooms available for corporate events. These rooms, located in the Old Courtyard, are decorated with scale models of sports and racing cars. Many of the models on display are made from scratch by the estate owner, Mr Nigel Dawes. Additionally, both formal 'halls' in the house can be used as a premium space for receptions, banquets or meetings. The Court dining room can also be used for board meetings of up to 14. For numbers above 330 the grounds have a number of ideal locations for erecting large marquees to house much bigger numbers.
