    The Green Park Conference Centre is the perfect meeting place for business. Located on the ground floor of 100 Longwater Avenue, the centre hosts a tranquil view over Longwater Lake and the surrounding landscaped scenery of Green Park. Following a major refurbishment at the end of 2012, the Conference Centre offers Grade A conferencing facilities with an executive feel. The Centre offers flexible space which allows it to cater for any requirement from a one-to-one review or a team meeting, up to a conference for 200 delegates. If you’re travelling by car, Green Park has direct access to the M4 at Junction 11. If you’re travelling by train, the local station is Reading which is an 8 minute taxi ride away or you can take the bus between Reading and Green Park which runs every 10 minutes and will drop you off right outside the Conference Centre. London Heathrow Airport is also just a 30 minute drive along the M4. Our in-house catering team provide a superb hospitality service with the flexibility to serve anything from a simple working buffet lunch to outside BBQs on the decking or delicious canapés, ideal for networking events. Meeting rooms can be booked by a room hire rate or as day delegate packages. There is some parking for up to 4 cars by arrangement and a safe paying car park is about 5 minutes walk away. Based in central Reading, it is easily accessible by train and 25 minutes from Paddington.It is five minutes walk away from a large number of riverside restaurants and bars for dining out at the end of a hard day. The venue can be arranged for training or meetings for 12 to 16 people and has plenty of break out areas. It is also suitable for doing smaller group work and for therapy sessions. With free wi-fi and phone, an on site host can be available at an extra cost to make drinks for clients and tidy up during the day.The rental price includes 3 flipchart stands, pens and paper, projection screen, Wi Fi TV, conference stationary, tea and coffee supplies and sweeties and tasty catering can be arranged as well with 24 hours notice. Additional equipment can be hired if required. We can also provide photography/ video services by prior arrangement. It is available 24/7 7 days per week 50 weeks of the year often at short notice. Weekends are charged at the same rate. Additional equipment charges will be invoiced to the client directly with a small handling charge applied.

For those seeking an entertaining day with a difference, archery and themed Elizabethan banquets are available. The beautifully restored tithe barn and walled garden provide a stunning and practical venue for large groups whilst the Manor house has three linked reception rooms. These include the long Ceremonial Room and the Great Hall which has a carved ceiling and minstrels gallery. Upstairs the panelled library with carved dining chairs is suitable for small groups. Outside, delegates can enjoy the gardens which feature formal and wild areas including medieval fishponds, a herb garden and walled garden. Individual rooms or the whole site can be booked with or without catering. Ufton Court prides itself on providing a personal service and can adapt the facilities available to meet your individual requirements. All rooms are provided with tables, chairs and standard conference equipment such as overhead projectors and flip-chart easels. Extra resources can be provided with prior notice. Access to telephones, fax machine, photocopier and computer is available at an additional charge. Conferences can choose self or full catering. Our caterers will produce a menu carefully designed to suit your requirements and can vary in style from a formal three course dinner, Elizabethan banquet, hog roast, barbeque or finger buffet. The house has two informal dining rooms which seat forty and twenty. Formal dining for thirty two can be provided in the Great Hall. The tithe barn seats a hundred and fifty either banqueting style or around small tables.
