Private hire The Living Room W1 is available for private hire throughout the year, depending on specific requirements, timing and day of the week. The venue includes a 275 capacity bar on the ground floor with a lounge and restaurant that seats 72 with a further 90 covers on the beautifully designed 1st floor.
