Arrow on Swanston is the perfect location to hold functions and events of any size.

We can cater for corporate functions, conferences, product launches or celebrations in one of our many function areas. Boasting state of the art, newly designed facilities, we cater from 10 to 1000 guests with full catering services to suit all events. Excellent catering packages are available to suit all budgets and requirements from small to large events. We also offer function and accommodation packages. Our Champions Ballroom can hold up to 800 people and seat 600 people comfortably. The Ballroom is equipped with state of the art sound technology, conference equipment, internet connections and audio visual presentation equipment. A fully functional gym that includes weights, cardio equipment and a stretching area is available complimentarily to hotel guests. There is also a fully heated 8 seat indoor spa, a sauna, a 25 lap pool that is located outdoors and is surrounded by a terrace and space to lie down to grab some sun. Whatever the occasion, our professional teams are on hand to ensure your next event or function is a great success.
