From a small meeting through to an international conference, you can be sure we will help you to realise your expectations achieving the conference goals and as intended outcomes. We can arrange for additional audio visual equipment, exhibition material, staging, rigging, lighting and sound, or co-ordinate installation with your preferred external provider. Our art director will be delighted to meet with you to discuss full scale conference theming ideas and on approval make all the necessary arrangements down to the last detail including entertainment, visual effects, presentation and production. Beancross has 14 executive bedroom suites with an adjacent 40 bed Travel Lodge Hotel and a Formule One 76 bed Budget Hotel. Total accommodation 140 beds.
