Boath House is a luxury country house widely renowned for its style, quality and fine cuisine situated on Scotland’s north east Moray coast.
Once described as the most beautiful Regency House in Scotland. It was on Historic Scotland’s ‘endangered list’, in the early 90s, when Don and Wendy Matheson found it, fell in love with it, and set about restoring this Grade A listed Georgian Mansion to its original splendour. This family run hotel is set in 22 acres of stunning highland scenery with ornamental lake, streams, parkland and formal walled gardens. At Boath House we are very proud of our kitchen and our gardens and therefore offer some events that combine the two areas giving guests something a bit different. We also cater for a wedding ceremony, a house party with family, a garden party with friends or a corporate venue for business meetings. Whichever you require you are sure to enjoy the comfortable relaxation of Boath House and hopefully leave with a new skill acquired.
