Located next to Piccadilly Circus in the heart of London's West End, Café Royal is a unique and dedicated meetings and events venue.

Spread over eight floors, our 21 elegant event suites range from the highly distinctive to the truly spectacular. Established in 1865 by a Parisian wine merchant, Café Royal quickly earned a reputation for its exquisite French cuisine and soon provided London with the finest food and drink that France and the world had to offer. Fully restored to its former Victorian grandeur over recent years, Café Royal now lends incomparable sophistication to intimate dining experiences, award banquets, gala dinners, wedding receptions, conferences, exhibitions, and corporate functions, with the capacity to accommodate 15 to 540 delegates and guests. With 21 different rooms and suites spread over eight floors and accommodating up to 3,000 people, Café Royal is sure to have a room for all of your conference and banqueting needs. Flickering candlelight and dusty vintage bottles create the perfect ambience for a very special dinner event in our world-renowned Wine Cellars. There is room for a party of up to 40 guests, including a cosy reception area
